Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Tech Lead (8-12 Years)
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer cum Technical Lead who can take ownership of end-to-end product development, drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, high-quality software delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on coding and technical leadership.
Tech Stack: Laravel, Vue.js, TALL Stack, Docker, AWS, CI/CD, REST APIs, Filament, Python, PHP Unit, MySQL

Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack architecture and development across modern web applications, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions across frontend and backend systems.
- Experience in Test-driven development
- Design scalable system architecture and modular application structure
- Own end-to-end SDLC — planning, development, deployment, monitoring
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines & DevOps workflows
- Implement & optimise applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices
- Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholder teams
- Mentor juniors and guide the engineering team technically
- Ensure application security, performance, and reliability
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release management
Core Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with Laravel (PHP) API development, Queues, Jobs
- Test-driven development using PHP Unit, Laravel Pest
- Hands-on expertise in Vue.js / SPA development / Component Design
- Solid understanding of MySQL / Database design
- Experience with RESTful APIs & integrations
- Strong experience with AWS services such as:
- EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Load Balancer, SES (as applicable)
- Demonstrated expertise in establishing scalable CI/CD pipelines and release workflows, leveraging tools like GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Buddy / Bitbucket Pipeline.
- Knowledge of Docker or containerised deployments
- Strong understanding of application security & best practices
- Knowledge of Python
